9am – Traditional Service
11am – Family Service
9am Traditional Service
At the 9am Traditional Service, we appreciate the familiar sights and feelings of the Traditional Church. We value the sacred and the contemplative nature of the Christian Faith as expressed through the Church’s History. Our service uses Prayer Books, Hymn Books and Bibles, with a mixture of hymns Ancient and Modern. We delight in the Sacraments and share in the Lord’s Supper most weeks.
11am Family Service
At the 11am Family Service, we believe in the truth of the good news of Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Bible, whilst also enjoying a more relaxed style of service with something for those of all ages. Our service involves all the regularities of worship including praise and worship, the reading and preaching of the Scriptures, liturgy, prayer and the Lord’s Supper, in a family friendly and welcoming environment.
At Christmas, Easter and at a few other times throughout the year, our two Services come together for a Combined Worship Service. At Christmas and Easter, these Services are held at 9am in the Church. Other Combined Services are held at 10am in either the Church or the Chapel (where the Family Service is held). See our Updates Page to see our upcoming Combined Services.
